Pros:

Really big selection,loads of unsold inventory.

Cons:

You can't browse without being hounded.

I can't say that they are unfair because I'll never find out. Just not going to take the chance. Paid a visit just to look at the HHR. First sales guy let me look without hounding me but *someone* inside must have seen a sucker out there without someone to shear the sheep! Next thing I know there...

WARRANTY SERVICE

Service Advisors are eager to please

Cons:

Service Technicans do sloppy work, poor quality workmanship

I have taken my truck to the service dept. three times for the same problem..The first time I took my truck it was for my headliner,it was falling down in center and was pulling away from door.The service advisor said she could not provide me with a rental car but assured me it woul'nt take long....
