I was at Bill Heard getting warranty service and an oil change done....car was not ready when promised so we made the mistake of looking at the used car lot.....they had a mini-van that I was somewhat interested in. Long story short? Two HOURS to get a price on it....not joking. Thebest part about the experience was a free lunch for me and my family.
