Service department appears to have recently become quite disorganized.

Pros:

Great service if you get the right service rep.(Bob)

Cons:

If you get the wrong service rep you will be there forever, unless you complain.

In the past two months both my wife and I have taken a car in for routine service.  My wife was promised a ride to work and asked to wait in the service area waiting room.  The shuttle was dispatched without anyone notifying her, even though she had been directed to wait in a specific place.  She...
