Cons:: Too expensive and poor customer service.

I would recommend shopping around before going to Hughes-Johnson for automotive service unless you just have lots of money sitting around to waste. I took my daughter's car there for a 30,000 mile scheduled maintenance, MINUS the air filter and oil change which I had done the week before. They ch...
