





READ REVIEW OF UNIVERSAL HYUNDAI NISSAN DEALERSHIP SALES






I went to Universal Nissan to purchased new truck frontier, the salesman come and show us the car. After test drive I Told the salesman i have alreday have my own finance and check ready to sign. when he took my info he insist to take my SS# reason is because after 9/11 they must have my SS# for car purchased (event I already show him the chcek from the bank). I give mine for good itention. He then pull my credit check without my concent noe ask me if ok to pull my credit report (remember i have my own finance aklready). After hugle about the price I decide to left but he insist to keep my old car key and manager after manager come to sell me the car. I negiote the price but they do not want my price. Finaly they give up on me and give my old car key back. I left and next day I went to purchase my new truck in different location (which is better service and honesty, see my review next) I do not buy one but I buy 2 car from that dealer because of their honesty no huggle price like the old car dealer do. I see people loss their sales in this dealership left and right because those experience. One thing Universal Nissan need to look to is honesty from the salesperson, Mis inform for pulling the credit report is federal law (I write to trade commision for this incident hopely they will review it). That is my experience buy but I did walk out from this dealer .........report by 2 new happy car owner
