Went to dealer to look at new CX-9. Test drove the car . The sales man was o.k.. The fun started when we went inside . They were still trying to come up with a price for my trade in. I waited and waited and waited. Got up,walked out side . Looked at cars. Went inside....Finally I mentioned to one...
I just want to comment that I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I recieved at Sport Mazda. Shawn and Steven were extremely professional and took care of most everything as promised. Consider me a life long customer!
