READ REVIEW OF CELEBRITY NISSAN DEALERSHIP SALES
Ok, maybe this deal began as my fault and I should have never even started it. It began as my girlfriend was looking for a specific model of 350z. I found one online at this dealer. She called the dealer and they said the car was there and the salesman stated he put his hands on it. We drove an hour there and when we arrived we were told that the owner of the dealership had taken the car and they didnt know when he would return. We should have left at that time. The sales man said lets work some numbers if everything looked good they would bring the car to my house an hour away on monday and if we did not like the car the deal would be off. After 3 hours we reached a deal signed a contract stating what was mentioned above and wrote a check the F&I guy said it would be held until we took delivery of the car.. They did give us a new altima to drive home as they kept her trade(98 Mustang). Well Monday came and still no car. I phoned the salesman and told him that I would be working near them tuesday morning and if the car wasnt there at 10am that the deal was off, he apologized and agreed. I went there at 10am and met with the salesman, the car was not there. I told him no deal and she would bring their car back this afternoon. We arrived around 4pm and the car was now there(imagine that). We looked at the car which had heavy bug damage and terrible buffing marks on the hood. There was no way we were going to accept the car. I told the salesman that we didnt want it and to call us if they found another one. Then he stated the check had been deposited already. That was it, she quickly phoned the bank and put a stop payment on it and after 2 hours of arguing with the manager we finally got here mustang back. [violative content deleted]
