Dishonest, pushy, rude, play games

I went to this dealership to test drive an accord and civic. When I met a sale’s guy, I told him that I was just here to test drive. At first the sales guy was nice. He was building a sense of trust during the test drive. As soon as I got back in the dealership his toned changed.

Cons:

Deceitful, Ignorant, Rude, No Customer Service.

I went to trade my car. Picked out another car. I saw the car when i came back and the internet pricing was 1000 less then what they told me.

Went to get the car and was asked to put tripple the deposit they originally quoted me even after they made me sign paperwork.

Pros:

Big dealership.. plenty of vehicles.

Cons:

Pushy. Aloof when you're not their flavor of the month anymore.
