I had my car serviced at Carl Black recently. They fixed a recall for my sunroof on my 2006 Pontiac G6. Fine, great... it took 4 days just to get a call back about the status. They wanted $86 cash for a diagnostic fee. I called Pontiac customer care (a waste of time in case you're wondering)...
