Sales and Mgt. were not knowledgable regarding the Costco Auto Purchase program, of which they are a participating dealership. According to Costco's agreement with Volvo, members are to pay Volvo employee pricing. Ocala Volvo did not disclose this to me. It wasnt until after I told the dealership ...
