I purchased a used 2004 Chrysler 300m from Jenkins. My first issue was they told me I could make an appointment for my oil change so i did and then they couldn't make that appointment so then they told me to bring it in on the Saturday after I bought and if i find out anything wrong with it they'd try to fix it when I brought it in. Well the driver door doesn't lock so i told them and they said well that isn't something we fix. Then they couldn't even reset the oil change light that comes on when it's time to change the oil. Every time I got in it a bell went off and the light flashed for me to change the oil.also the same day my first car payment was due the engine light came on and my car started to spit and spudder, i called because they told me i had a 90 day warrenty and needless to say they told me that i don't and to look at my paper work because there was nothing in there stating they gave me a warrenty.The service manager (Tyson) has a nasty attitude. This was my first car purchase where i had a car payment, i thought i'd have a good experence buying a car from a dearlership. What a joke that was. iv'e had the car for only a month and a half and i don't feel sfae driving it. i'm affraid i may break down. that is a shame.
