This was my very first time buying a brand new car all alone as I am a divorcee'. As a woman, I was EXTREMELY nervous and unsure if I would be taken advantage of. But, the minute I spoke to Graham Pearce via telephone, I was immediately put at ease. His calm demeanor and pleasant voice I found very reassuring without even meeting him in person yet. Then, upon arriving to the dealership, I was greeted with a warm handshake and once again, the sound of a reassuring voice. I felt that Graham as well as Jason were very pleasant but, most of all respectful of me. That made all the difference. My ususal experience is that men in general prey on a woman's naivete. I felt none of that. In fact, I am very proud of myself. Not only for the purchase that I made but, for taking the time to do my homework and contact several dealerships before deciding to deal with Hyundai of New Port Richey. I do not hesitate to tell family and friends about the terrific treatment I received. I just hope they will be there in the future when I'm ready for another new one years from now. :P
