This dealership adds a $700 unexplained fee after the price is negotiated. I was completely misled during the entire transaction. I left the dealership feeling more "srew*d" than I have ever felt. And, this is my fourth Honda in ten years.

I just bought an accord there recently and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the facility, sales reps, and experience as a whole. My salesman, Zeke, was phenomenal! Extremely knowledgeable and a very personable gentleman. Hats off to the whole Germain Honda of Naples team!!!

I had the unfortunate experience of pulling into their lot when my older Honda overheated. I was there for over 3 hours. It's a long story, however I would never, ever in my lifetime purchase anything from this dealership or any dealership that bears the name Germain. I'd rather walk...backwards.
