Terrible! Unethical!

Do not do business with this dealership - especially with salesperson MARK LEVENSON. He comes across as a sweet old man, but he's a lying deceitful [non-permissible content removed] who will say anything to sell you a car. My story briefly: I went in the last week of November because I got an ad in the mail for these specials they had for new cars, take over lease etc. I spoke to Mark and let him know that I was looking for a cheaper car because I am nine months pregnant and will soon be on a non paid maternity leave. He sold me on this "great deal" and I turned in my old lease and drove off with what I thought was a deal. Mark told me that the only costs I would incur for my old car was the mileage that I had gone over but that I could probably talk the finance company down a bit since I have been a loyal jeep customer for over 10 years. I just received a bill in the mail from Chrysler financial for over $900 in early termination fees. I informed them that I had no idea I would have to continue to pay my old lease because the dealership told me it would be taken care of if I went into another jeep. After much back and forth, they apologized for the awful business practices of Mark and the dealership and told me they could not do anything but that the dealership could agree to take over the payments so that I would not have to pay. They explained to me that they were a completely different company and Mark had no right to lead me to believe that anything was negotiable with them. They said they would be filing a complaint against the dealership but they asked me to call the dealership and see if they would take care of those costs, as many dealerships do. Of course, when we called Mark, he claimed that he had told us we would have to pay this fee. We argued back and forth and I explained that I would never have agreed to turn in a car early if I thought I would ever have to pay two car payments and he claimed that the sales manager Sam had explained this to us. The best part about it is that my husband and I never met Sam. Mark then said that he had "knocked off" the $1000 down payment so that we could pay my old car, which was not true. He did not "knock off" any down payment - it was simply rolled into my monthly payments. So what started out being a $159 car payment, according to the ad, ended up being over a $300 car payment, in addition to the payments on my old lease. In a nutshell, Mark has continued to lie to us and he refuses to take fault in this and I am now on maternity leave and stuck paying two car payments until March of 2017. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN or with this dealership. He will lie to you and get you to believe you are getting a great deal and then will screw you in the end.

I purchased a new Ram from this dealership last month and turned in my Chrysler lease early on trade. They called for remaining payments on my trade, sold me the new truck and sent me on my way. A month later, I received a check that was $1,800 short on paying off my trade. Turns out although they got a payoff on my car, they only figured a certain amount into the deal and said I agreed to it. There was nothing signed by me saying so, but now they're telling me that it's my issue with Chrysler Capital?!? Really? They had no problem taking the car and selling me a new one. I even have an IOU saying they would pay all of the remaining payments. These people are total [non-permissible content removed]. Now I'm making two car payments for three months. I've purchased over 15 new cars in my life, 3 from this dealership! I know they've changed management, but they completely screwed me on this deal. DO NOT purchase a car from this dealership.

They are horrible! Bought a car after they said they didn't want our business! Rod the sales manager isn't a man apparently and does not keep his word. Took his word back TWICE and kept changing the price just to get his bonus for the month. They say and do whatever they can in their own benefit not yours. Do not trust these [non-permissible content removed]!

Very happy with my Jeep Wrangler Purchase from Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Mike Barcelo was extremely helpful, professional, honest and attentive. I walked into the dealer for a test drive, i owned a dodge all my life and was ready to take the plunge with a Jeep. Raul was our service advisor, he was patient, kind and very excited to show me the car. a few hours later we had a deal and i couldn't be happier! Easy, Pleasant Afternoon Buying Experience

Came prepared knowing what I was interested in and within a few hours, I went home with a new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Andrew was extremely helpful, pleasant, and explained everything under the hood showing me how much easier this vehicle will be to repair in the future. Jeep really thought this vehicle out when designing it. Now I just have to make an appointment to have my hitch installed and then I can enjoy years of camping!

just rolled off the lot with my new 2016 Dodge Challenger. I had an awesome experience !!! I couldn't believe it. I kept waiting for the shoe to drop at any moment but it never did. It was the most pleasant car purchase experience i have ever had . I went out this past Saturday looking for a Challenger. I found it thanks to the great offer they had on the specific trim I was looking for. Customer service was great. Sales people very attentive and no rush for you to buy. The sales agent was a great help. If interested in buying I highly recommend that you see Raul Elosegui at their Kendall branch.

Amazing Car Buying Experience

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Mike Barcelo. Mike made my car shopping experience a great one. I went in with with a vehicle in mind, and Mike delivered. There was no haggling involved. Mike came with a number, I countered, and it was done. I drove off with a beautiful 2016 RAM 1500 and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I went back the following day to install a couple of accessories and they treated me great. They are not like other dealers that treat you like crap after the vehicle is sold. Carlos in the service department was great. Mike, thanks for everything. We will definitely do business in the near future.

I just purchased an SUV here and I must say the sales people and finance people were great. I didn't feel pressured, all my questions were answered. Even when my 1.5 y/o was fussy no one treated us poorly. Tony Milanes, in sales, went the extra mile, he made me feel like I was part of the family, ask for him, you won't regret it. We weren't rushed, or pushed into a bad deal, I felt like I was listened to and the staff worked to accommodate my needs.
