Horrible Customer Service

Pros:

Fairly friendly upon arrival

Cons:

Not enough staff; do not listen to what the problem is with the car; no response to calls

Amazing and outstanding service

Pros:

Huge dealership service infraestructure and lots of highly qualifed technicians.

Cons:

Esserman no longer give loaners for kia brand, they still do it for acura and volkswagen.
