This was my second purchase at Braman Honda thus entitling me to a $200 Customer Loyalty check. And while this did influence me a bit, I believe that Braman is an excellent choice if you are prepared for and understand the eating habits of a shark. Like every car dealership I've ever been in, they will prey on the weak and play by the rules if you are prepared to go to battle and understand the numbers relevant to your purchase. I completed the entire purchase (36 month lease with no trade in) in under two hours. Everyone was professional, was willing to negotiate within reason and right there to take advantage of any weakness or oversight on my part. I think as long as everyone knows the rules of the game that's okay. I think I can say that Braman is honest and occasionally even shows integrity. I don't believe that they would consciously do something illegal or misrepresent themselves. Their Service Dept. is excellent which is a real plus. And when push comes to shove they are Customer Service oriented perhaps in spite of themselves. There is an Enterprise Car Rental location right at the dealership which is convenient and they offer some basic pick up and drop off service. What I also like is that their top management is accessible at least through written communication if things get to that. I ended up with a good deal on a 2010 CRV-EX made in Japan (which I really wanted). Did I leave any dollars on the table? Probably, but overall the dealer has now provided two good vehicles at good prices with a minimum of wear and tear on me.
