I have been a BMW customer for many years, but the sales/service at Fields has always been awful. I decided to give Mercedes a try, and I wasn't disappointed. Frank was amazing, as was the whole sales team throughout the buying process. I am excited to become part of the Mercedes Benz family with my 2024 S580. I would definitely recommend a visit to MB of Orlando if you are in the market for a new car.

Wash the car after service

Everyone was very helpful. Warranty work on a brand new car. Only complaint was they should have washed the car before returning it to me.

Thee BEST Service

This was my first visit to the Mercedes-Benz of Orlando location and it will certainly not be the last. Previously I’d been going to the location at the Millenia Mall due to it being closet to my home but the service there was always a nightmare. My experience here thankfully though was nothing short of amazing. My advisor, Marcus, was consistent with every stage of communication and execution. Meraliz was also very diligent in getting me a loaner vehicle while I awaiting the completion of my vehicle. I appreciate the attention to detail, professionalism, and prioritization.

Great experience

I had a sudden issue with my car battery. I emailed my service advisor Rafael who was able to squeeze me in on such short notice. The car was ready in the timeframe he gave me and I was able to get the car fixed in time for me to drive out of town for the weekend. Great service!!

My lease on my GLE-350 is about to expire. I’m keeping the car, but I had prepaid maintenance during the lease, so I brought it in for the last prepaid maintenance service. As usual, they were very thorough, took the time to go over everything, and did everything in a timely, professional and friendly manner.

My experience was great got a notice that it was time for my service. Scheduled my appointment with my service advisor. They gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to stay there all day. When my service was completed they sent a driver to pick me back up from home to pickup my car. Had no problem my advisor explained to me what was done on the service. Kudos to Marcus Diaz a amazing advisor.

New 2024 GLC

Kyle at the Maitland dealership worked flawlessly with my wife and I to order the car of our dreams. We had driven our 2018 GLC for 5 years but the new model is even better. Kyle answered all of our questions in a very timely and honest manner. We have had Mercedes since my wife ordered her CLK in 2000. She still has the car today. The dealership at Maitland met all of our expectations and would recommend it as the best place to get a new car in this area.

This is my honest review of the Mercedes-Benz of Orlando. The first sales representative that approached me and greeted me was John. I wish I could give him a 10 star, but this rating only goes up to 5. He deserves a 10 because of his knowledge about personal buying of a car, he gave me all the facts about the different types of vehicle I could purchase and then he also personalized my experience by asking me questions that opened me up to what I needed and also what I wanted. John was fantastic! And he made me feel like I was in the best hands when purchasing my vehicle. I also had the privilege of being served by Victor and Ramy and they too where fantastic in their service. The entire team went above and beyond to help meet my needs and my wants. Thank you so much!!

I brought my car in for two specific services, one was not done and the other was not done correctly. I had to bring my car to an independent mechanic two days after being serviced and the mechanic was appalled at the state of my vehicle
