Professionalism, Friendliness, Great Cars
Cons:
The process took a while but it was worth the wait to get the best deal.

I had a wonderful experience at the Suzuki of Lakeland dealership from the greeting at the front door, our saleman Bruce and the finance officer who worked very hard on getting us the best loan possible.  Everyone has been just wonderful to us.  Bruce made us feel like we were part of the family....
