I ordered a 2013 328 exactly they way I wanted and waited two months. Tom S. is a very straight forward sales guy and has leased a vehicle to my Partner. I've even sent friends to him which bought a 5 series and a 6 series from him. Unfortunately, I had a problem with my 2013 328 that BMW is trying to find a fix for - not the dealers fault. I ended up talking to the Service Manager, John and he couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. I ended up talking to the Sales Manager and the GM and they have pleaded my case to BMW and got a FAIR result. Sometimes you just have to talk to Management regarding serious issues - they listened to my point of view and I really felt they understood where I was coming from. I couldn't be happier with the results.
