To this dealership's credit, they do many things right. They were able to locate the car I wanted, got me a good price, good financing, etc. What ruined the experience was the poor attitude the of sales staff. They made many unpleasant remarks towards me and also made me feel more like an annoyance than a valued customer. Many of the questions I asked were met with rolls of eyes and unpleasant looks. It was clear they wanted me to be in and out as fast as possible whereas I'm the type of customer that asks lots of questions and makes sure I understand everything about the contract before signing. Next time, I'll find another dealer who is more willing to allow me to take my time with the transaction.
