Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Bryan Orr is a terrific person from whom to purchase a new Land Rover—he knows the vehicles & is honest about trade-ins. Great experience that was quick & pleasant. The financial department is super fast—with the new paperwork system being primarily electronically transmitted—I arrived at the dealership with my trade-in and was back on the road with my new vehicle just two hours later.

Extraordinary facility!!!

They are very welcoming and kind. I’m always receiving the best service possible during my travels down south. They just fit you right in without an appointment and caught me up with all the recalls!!!! Even though I’m 9 hours away, I’m considering using them as my permanent service advisors. Just outstanding all around!!!!

Land Rover service has always been very responsive with communication when my car is in the shop. Stephen in Service was helpful and informative and very pleasant to deal with My only complaint is when ever I need my car to go into service. It takes over a month or so for them to get me a loaner— having a more quicker turnaround time for a loaner could help improve customer service satisfaction. Angela who arranges for the loaner is very pleasant and professional and tries her best to schedule appointments.

I stopped by weeks before my initial appointment due to my concerns with how my car and wheel vibrates when I put on brakes. Surprisingly the tech notes said he didn’t see an issue. I was told it was safe to drive on and if it did get fixed it wasn’t in my warranty even though I’m at 19,000 miles. They did an oil change and ordered a part for me. I also enjoyed the breakfast in the cafeteria. Roy was also very pleasant and helpful. Overall it was a good experience but I’m still concerned about my brakes.
