I walked into the dealership with a PAL in hand ready to purchase a new RDX. Within minutes of being around the salespeople, I was completely turned off. They were all very rude and talked down to me. When I asked about certain features, they looked at me as if I were retarded. When I spoke with the manager, the service went even further downhill. The way he spoke to me was horrible! I took my 35K purchase down the street and got MUCH better service there. I work at a local credit union and deal with many car buying members. While I have heard bad things about the Smith dealerships, I gave them the benefit of the doubt to get the car I want. However, I should have listened to all of the local's feedback and not stepped foot in the Tim Smith dealership. I do not recommend any of the Smith family dealerships to anyone.
