Pros:: Absolutely none.
Cons:: Based on the above story, I can think of at least 7000 cons!!!

I took my Ford Excursion to Galloway for an 80,000 mile check. All other oil changes I was having done at the local Valvoline shop and paying the extra price for synthetic oil to prolong the life of the engine. So much for that idea.
