I took a chance on buying a Hyundai Santa Fe from here in 2007. Since then, I have had the worst customer experience anytime I had to have service work done there. I brought my vehicle to O'Brien this morning at 8:40am because it would not start and the E.S.C. light was on. I was told by Juan Lopez "Service Advisor" that it needed a new battery and the price would be prorated. He also said there was a recall that had to be dealt with. I told him I didn't have time to deal with the recall at the moment and to please schedule an appointment. He said it had to be done today and it would take only 40 minutes. Two and a half hours later I drove away with the E.S.C. light on. I called the "Service Director" and "Service Advisor" and I use those terms very broadly but have not been contacted since. If you buy a Hyundai, just bring it to a PROFESSIONAL for repairs NOT O'BRIEN HYUNDAI.
