I went in on a Saturday afternoon and spoke with Guillermo. He showed us a used Venza and I asked about the second key (you never know with used cars). He assured that there was a second key. We weren't sold on that Venza that day but on Monday I received a call from Joshua. His manager called me minutes later to tell me that was the best price they could do. After discussing it with my wife we went to take it for a test drive. During the drive I asked Joshua about the second key, once again I was assured they had it. We decided to buy the Venza and did all the paperwork. Hours later when we were done, Joshua waited for us. He only had one key with him, I immediately asked about the second key. He said it was in a safe and the person with the key was gone for the day. He even said that he would mail the key out to us the next day. I told him that wouldn't be necessary my wife was going to pass by and pick it up. That morning I had a message from Joshua and I called him back. There was no second key and I had to pay $450 if I wanted one. I called the manager and he said the same thing. I guess they rather have a return instead of giving a customer what they had already assured him he would get.
