I ordered in third week of October a new car since the ones on the lot did not have the options and color I wanted. I was promised delivery before Christmas, I was notified in third week of January that the car arrived. I went to pick up the car and I asked the salesman to show it to me. He took me to a white car and I had ordered a red car. He insisted that I ordered a white one and when we checked together the order it was red. He found a red one some 2000 miles away and with options worth a420 that I did not order nor want. He told me that he cannot give me further discounts and gave me back my deposit. This salesman did not bother to check with their ordering department if the right order was sent, did not bother to check the car when it finally arrived some 5 weeks late and then insisted that I made a mistake. Both him and the dealership lost a Mercedes customer in these "economic booming times".
