From the setting of an appointment (for a standard 7,500 mile service) to the time of the completion of that service, the people at Schumacher Lincoln in Delray, made the process as easy and efficient as it could be. The single unsatisfactory item, was that the car was not nicely cleaned as it should have been at the conclusion of my visit. Other than that, well done to all, especially Michael Pagan, Service Advisor!

It was so nice to visit and have my service done on my 2019 Lincoln. Dave Adams was great the facility that you have provided is amazing. You just drive your car in the service advisor has an office that you register with and you said in a beautiful room. There is a TV there there is snacks there drinks do you have a while you’re there and the ability to sit at a table and do work if you need to. It is very sanitary and safe I would keep my car there again anytime. How pleasant my morning was having my car serviced. Thanks again Schumaker

Steven M was a pleasure to work with. The day I started my car search I shopped several brands, Lincoln was the last brand I visited. My requests to every dealer was that I am 3 weeks away from my final choice and I will buy on the last weekend of 2019. I never owned a Lincoln product, I was a BMW and Benz guy. Steven my sales rep never bothered me he respected my request to give me the information and Lett me speak to my GF on what will be best for me. He showed me the vehicles I liked and gave me the figures for me to make a decision. All the other Car dealers did exactly what i asked them not to do an called me daily to the point I blocked them. Lincoln and another brand were the most respectful of my request. The SUV I decide on was the Nautilus which I love . The price was fair for this product. MY first Lincoln and I am happy with the entire Schumacher dealer. The Finance guy Richard was easy to deal with and finished the deal . Dont go to any other Lincoln dealer in South Florida this is the best .See Stephen Mancino he is a New Yorker like me...
