Great service

I randomly called this dealership in need of a new Yukon AT4 with a 6.2 motor. It was a hassle free experience and even though we live 4 hrs away, was able to make a purchases. Amazing people and great service.

Absolute [non-permissible content removed], do not give these people your business. I brought in my lease and was told all over mileage and wear and tear would be forgiven if I bought a new car with them. Spent 85k on a new Yukon to then 60 days later to get a 2k bill on the old vehicle. Salesman then claimed to be completely independent from the lease process, and there was nothing that could be done. Whatever they tell you to entice you to purchase a vehicle do not believe as it is likely predicated on lies. Proceed at your own risk.

Caring salespeople and sales managers. No nonsense. They respect your time and intelligence. I mentioned it was my bday and joked about a huge ribbon on the hood and sure enough they delivered. My 23 Buick Envision is a gorgeous and quiet ride. I’ve been in new homes sales and appreciate their honesty and can-do spirit. Thank you.

No care after purchase

1 is the lowest I can go. I purchased a used Corvette. The car was clean, but was older with 35k miles. I asked Jim Fix multiple questions about the car. Service, inspection. Safety reports. Jim assured me, the car was completely inspected top to bottom and I shouldn’t have any issues. If I did to let him know and they would make it right. I did test drive the car. At 40mph there was a slight pull. I excepted an alignment or the tires needed replaced as they were on the car since 2017. No big deal. I drove the car 87 miles. 67 of that was my drive home. At highway speeds the car wouldn’t stay on the road. By the time I had the car inspected it was a week later. After inspection the car needed 2 front tires, which I already knew. What I didn’t expect was the 2k in rear end parts. Delray claims they did a full safety inspection. Yet the serpentine belt is bad. And the entire rear suspension needs repaired. If the service Dept replaced the rear tires how did they miss the busted tie rod ends, the busted inner suspension link and the upper control arms with no bushings. I’ve made several attempts to make contact. Apparently once you buy a car, the management doesn’t care. Bottom line they sold a car that had no right to be on the road, and did it knowingly. An accident or even a death could have resulted from the negligence of Delray Buick GMC. My mechanic even tried to call the service manager and got hung up on. Needless to say Delray does not stand behind their vehicles, and you will not get a call back.

Horrible Service! They use Bait & Switch tactics to sell cars

I bought a vehicle from this dealership a few years ago and had a good experience. I decided to come back to purchase a pre-owned vehicle for my daughter. I dealt with Mohammad, who was [non-permissible content removed] and tried to bait and switch me into buying a car. He told me a price and then had me drive an hour to the dealership only to change the price on me. He also never disclosed the car had a problem. When I went to drive it the check engine light was on. He said it needed a new battery and then wanted me to pay for it! I spoke to the manager Jordan about my horrible experience, and he didn't do anything. I left messages for 2 days to speak with the general manager Kevin Connolly and all he did was duck my calls and never called me back. Horrible service....I will never buy a car from there again.

Very disappointed with this dealer. The Manager Tony is macho and makes promises then can’t fulfill them. Dont waste your time here (because that’s what they will do) there are lots of GMC dealers in the area that “shoot straight”. All the boss’s know, but sweeping the issues under the rug in hopes they go away is a style of management used here. Avoid.

extremely poor service and dealership

I am a 100 percent disabled veteran writing about a 2017 Buick Lacrosse that I recently purchased.It was purchased because of the safety features that it had. Most important was the new lane assist, and the forward collision alert along with a few other safety features.The lane assist doesn't beep when it is supposed to. The forward alert system only shows when there is a vehicle about 250 feet in front of me. It never shows amber, never vibrates and I have never seen the red, The incremental setting never works. Basically, the system which works thru the mechanism on the windshield does not work. The service manager says it is working properly. Who ever drives the car readily see that it is not working properly. The service manager says that my car is functioning the same as all other Lacrosses having that feature and I say all of the lacrosses should be recalled to check to see if they are malfunctioning as is mine. The service manager does not want to re-check my system. I say that there is misleading information about the system if my car is working the way the serviceman feels about the system , or the car is not performing in the right manner. The lane assist never beeps when it is supposed to. I am at a stalemate.. I ask anyone to drive this vehicle. The system does not work in any condition including perfectly flat and non curve roads it should be noted. It never works. The dealership shrugs it off. Sincerely, Allan Hallman

Josh did a great job in the Service Dept., even investigating a few issues that I hadn't brought up. Very thorough, and very much appreciated! Dee was very friendly and helpful in giving me a loaner car while my own car was tied up - a great service provided by Delray Buick!
