We are from Georgia and were down visting family on vacation. We decided to go look at a Mitsubishi because all of our kids drive them. They all live in the Deland area and have purchased all of their Mitsubishis from R.C.Hill Mitsubishi. They suggested we look at the Galant, we test drove it and loved it. Our salesman ,Floyd was the best ,not pushy and we felt comfortable working with him.The General sales manager, Tom Lucas was just as awesome as our family said he was, Polite,professional,funny, and not pushy like some dealerships we have visited in the past.He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we got what we wanted for our trade,and he himself came out of his office and went over all the numbers and explained in detail exactly what we would pay for our new car.My son has been buying cars from Tom for years, even way back when he was a salesman, my son trust him and knows anybody he sends to the dealership will get a great deal. Even when we went into the business office to sign papers, there were no hidden fees or surprises,and our interest rate was what we expected and so was our payment. My family has been doing business with R.C. Hills for many years and by the way we were treated we will make the drive from georgia to purchase our next car from them. R.C. has done well training his entire staff to make our puchase of our new galant exciting and enjoyable. Hats off to R.C. , his management staff, and his sales staff for being honest and up from from the beginning of our visit. You guys are awesome thank you so much ,and we will see you again soon !!!
