Pros:: good selection of vehicles
Cons:: Listen to your customer. Don't play games.

The original sales agent told me that he could make his own deal. This was not the case. After 3 managers and a see-saw of prices, they kept changing the price by adding new fees I wanted included in the beginning. They were not listening to me.
