Cons:: [violative content deleted], poor service, ridiculous prices, and much more

Jon Hall Chevrolet Service Dept. is a rip off. On my last visit, the "Service Advisor" (Angie Pettit) absolutely lied about what we discussed and I approved. I have experienced 2 instances of rip off service; the 1st I was charged for services I did not approve ($1,000 worth) and the 2nd they did...

Cons:: They leave your car dirty and greasy after they service it.

I have been to this dealer many times to get things with my Chevrolet Cobalt fixed. They do terrible service to their cheaper cars.
