From the time I filled out the request for pricing on a Honda Civic EX the entire transaction took place smoothly. I received a quick email response followed by a phone call from the manager, Dennis. There was no haggling involved, I was given their bottom line price. I showed up a couple of days later to the dealership where I met Dennis and he had me deal with Joel to purchase the car. Joel took me out for a test drive and we completed the remaining part of the car buying process. Neither Joel nor Dennis tried to push me into a different car or more expensive model. They never tried to upsell me into accessories I didn't need or want. They honored the price from the phone call with no questions or hassles. After all the paperwork was done, Joel took me outside and helped me get comfortable with my new car! I felt more like I was dealing with a customer service rep verses a sales man.
