I was in the market for a new Honda Accord, I logged onto Edmunds.com which then led me to Rick Case Honda. I did some initial research on the dealership and liked the fact that they give a longer warranty than any other dealer. I submitted my info through Edmunds and within 15 minutes I was contacted by the Internet Manager Glenn Worthman. He was polite and knowledgeable on the phone and answered every question. When I came in he had the vehicle ready for me in front of the Luxe Collection building. He explained how their Internet department had their own building to themselves which I loved because it wasn't the typical high pressure dealer atmosphere. We test drove the vehicle came back and the numbers never changed from what he told me over the phone and by e-mail. I also met with the Internet Director Andrew Carrillo who was great and gave me all of his info and thanked me for my business. You could actually tell that these guys actually care about customer service and want to make sure you leave a satisfied customer. When I went to finance I dealt with Eric Weaver, he was kind and considerate of my time, he explained the extended warranty and gap insurance perfectly. In all I was in and out within 90 minutes, by far one of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences I have ever had.
