This was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dealership. My sales manager, Angel, was professional, knowledgeable, and helped me negotiate a great deal. Took my car in for maintenance

Great experience, from the moment I arrive till the moment I picked up my vehicle and drove off. The service agent not only expediently helped me with all of the issues but also took the time to provide needed advice even on items about the car that were unrelated to service. The manager is always around and stopped by to make sure everything was going well.

Mercedes service is lacking customer care

I took my car in for a new battery. I was told nothing was wrong with my battery even though my car app was showing critical status. I was told to wait an hour by a service rep who looks miserable and does not even say please or thank you. I waited almost 6 hours for my car, he forgot about us and went to lunch, never gave me any paperwork or explanation at the end. I will never go back here.

I visited on September 27 for a tire change (my right front tire appeared to have a leak), a wheel alignment and general tire inspection. The first 2 services were performed and I was told that the tire inspection indicated that I also needed to change another tire (something to do with treads). I was initially told that the tire was in stock but then it was not, so I took the car home and was assured that I would be contacted when the tire was available. There was no further communication , so I called on October 25 and left a voicemail. There has been no response to my voicemail.

We called for the appointmnt and ask to make sure the oil filter was available as the dealership before said they have to have notice cause they don't usually have it on hand. But once at the appointment they sounded like they didn't get the notice. But the service advisor said she would make sure it's all done. And it was done in good time. Thank you

We have a fleet of Mercedes Benz Sprinters and "THE ONLY" place I take is MB Coconut Creek. They are always available, always on time, always ready.
