Pros:: service, customers treated with respect
Cons:: none that i experienced

got our daughters a4 at the collection and the whole experience was great. much better than the other dealer here which was like being at a dodge dealer. price was the same as everyone else quoted and the whole process was great start to finish. and we did it all in about 2 hours.
