Pros:
Service Advisor provided 1 free oil change due to not resetting the oil change on 1st occurence.
Cons:
High turnover rate with Service Advisors.

RE: 2005 Ford Explorer purchased at this dealership.  1) Service Tech frequently forgot to reset oil change indicator after oil changes.  I had to take the vehicle back on several occasions to have the oil change message center reset. 2) Service Tech would not replace air valve caps on tires afte...
