Absolutely Horrible Experience

Poor service with what appears to be a bait and switch operation geared towards ripping people off

Russell Mazda was absolutely the worst dealership I have ever done business with.  Be prepared to bring your car back at least three times for the simplist of service issues.  Their technicians are amateur at best, and their Service Manager is both sophmoric and patronizing.  Their attention to d...
