I purchased a used vehicle that was only a year old and found out two weeks later that the car was involved in an accident and had structural damage! Before I signed paperwork I asked for a Carfax and instead they gave me an AutoCheck report. Of course the AutoCheck report came back clean as a whistle. It wasn't until two weeks later that we noticed something wrong with the door that led to suspicion that the car in a wreck so we pulled a Carfax report that showed the truth. 6 months later we are still driving the car and they are giving us the run around trying to find us another car.
