I bought a car for my son from Martens. I gave them a BANK CHECK which was drawn on an out of state bank. Although it was a bank check, and the BANK MANAGER SPOKE TO THEM TO TELL THEM THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE CHECK, they refuse to send the title unitil TWO WEEKS after they have received it. ...
