Well, I really learned my lesson. I should have asked dozens of more questions. But they knew this was my first purchase...isn't there something called business ethics out there? Nope. My sales rep even told me I NEEDED new plates. He lied to me. I totally trusted him. After a few weeks went by I really dug into these lies he claimed. From the license plate, then the warranty, he never reviewed car features, never set Bluetooth and showed me navigation, and never reviewed engine type. To top it off, the air conditioner in my brand new 2015 Jetta doesn't work properly. I feel like I was taken advantage of and I really learned the hard way that car salesmen really do fit the stereotype. Very disappointed. I'm a salesperson myself and this really upsets me...a Total lack of integrity.
