had oil and air filter changed due for 7k service. taken care of as usual, glitch with on line reservation not getting to service department so call as well to confirm. went well noting to complain about. WiFi in the bldg was down though.

I've never had any problems with the staff or the processes at Porter and very much enjoy and appreciate dealing with Troy Mayer at Chevy. Although I've purchased several vehicles from Porter, it's not just the sales part of their service I prefer, it's the service department. Very friendly and professional, they almost always beat their estimated service time and have never argued with any of the small complaints I may have had about a vehicle - they just took care of it no questions asked. While dealers are out to make the best possible deals for themselves and people should make sure they're informed before buying a car from anywhere, I appreciate the fact that coming to an agreement is easy and comfortable - not awkward like some other places that are obviously just out for themselves with weak customer service. Great custom order experience new 2019 Corvette Stingray with Porter Chev

I was referred to this dealership by Chevy after trying for 2 years to order a new Corvette. Troy Mayer was my sales consultant and he quickly had my trade-in appraised at top dollar and gave me a great price on the new custom order and placed the order based on the Chevy build sheet for a new 2019 Corvette Stingray I created on the Chevy web site. The deal sheet was agreed on and a deposit placed and lucky for me Chevy started a nice lighter blue color option and Tory made sure it was on the order sheet. As the build process progressed he updated me on when production was to start. Since I have a very sick spouse he was very understanding about trying to meet and the need to do everything as fast as possible. Everything went as he explained, the final money due was a bit less than I expected and went smoothly. I have purchased 4 new vehicles and this 5th experience with Porter and Troy was the best and smoothest. He helped save me a lot of money as well. They are a Costco discount dealer and honor the GM BuyPower Points as well.

Great place to buy a car

I met my salesmen Randy Mcloud at the dealership.I told him I wanted a chevy cruze with sunroof and loaded with no leather.I also said my credit union had me approved for $20000.I wanted a black one and Randy came through. The car I wanted and dropped the 25000$ pricetag down to under 20000$..What more can you ask? They made it happen.Randy never played games or had to disappear to go talk to the manager game. The only word I could come up with for Randy is COOL! He's down to earth and funny and like I said cooled out. You cannot go wrong with Porter or salesman Randy Mcleoud.
