(04/30/13 04:56 PM PDT)- Today i had an appointment with Toyota World to do the rest of the promised work on my Camry, and it went really well. Edwin ran around and made all necessary calls for getting my car fixed up. We have another appointment again next Wed (7th visit to the dealership in 3 weeks :( ) to do final touch up and minor fixes. Every thing looks good at this point and will at this point re-rate my review due to the excellent follow up for my concern. But my recommendation will be updated next Thursday after I collect the car after all fixes. Hoping everything will go well. By the Way Edwin was excellent today running around for getting our things done. apparently he was on vacation when we were trying to reach him. And he apologized for the inconvenience caused for us. I will post my final verdict on my recommendation about this dealer, with an update to this review next week!!

Original Review - If you have lots of time to spend walking back and forth from the service center to the sales office like 5-6 times and you don't mind the mis-communication between sales and service department pple, then go for it. i bought a certified 2011 Toyota Camry. The car was decent; but a lot things were promised when the car was purchased; like bump up the small scratches, fixing the seat pocket on the passenger side, floor mates etc;but nothing was ever communicated to the service department by the sales person(Edwin P.). The sales person was very friendly while we were negotiating the buy but as soon as we drove off from the lot, it was a nightmare to make get the promised things done. We called sales person(Edwin P.)like 100 times and was never reachable. We are again having another appointment and hopefully will get things done. We would not recommend this dealer even though the car was good.
