A few days after I overpaid for my Saab, lower wind deflector came off the car on the highway. It was improperly replaced by this dealership just before the sale of the car with only half the screws required. After calling them, they had absolutely none of the parts needed to replace and I bought everything myself from a Cadillac dealer and properly installed it myself. Love the car!! It will never see this dealer!
