I have purchased 3 hyundais from other dealers and paid cash,so when I was ready to make a cash purchase of a new 2012 hyndai gls ,I called 5 dealers to provide me with a written email quotation, taxes ,tags and out the door, and I included all my specifications also. NO HAGGLE PROCESS, THE DEALER GETS ONE CHANCE TO MAKE A CASH SALE! Four dealers sent me an exact quotation for the exact hyundai with less than 10 miles on it, but the sales manager at Winner REFUSED TO DO SO ! He said if I do that, you will just purchase your hyundai from the lowest price, you must drive here,26 miles to get it, and I said ,why so you can just wear down the customer haggling! Duh,what does he think the consumer should do,not compare prices ! Ofcourse I will make the best deal I can! ! Does he not know Obama is president and has gas up to almost 4 dollars a gal and he wants me to drive there for a quote, yeah right ! Well I did purchase a new 2012 hyundai meeting all my specifications from their competitor and will never ask Winner for a quote or have my hyundai serviced there. If your reading this, think about it,the only reason not to be locked into a written quotation is to wear down the customer and or sell you a hyundai at the highest price you can be suckered for! The choice is yours ! If I was the owner and the sales manager cost me a cash sale,I would fire him on the spot !
