I got quotes from 5 local Honda dealers online for a Honda with specific features. Some quotes came back ridiculously low, just to get me in the door. I reminded all salesmen that I was looking for their best price and if I had a written quote for the car I wanted, they'd better honor it. Immediately, the low baller dropped their quotes, leaving Nick at Executive a front runner. Throughout the whole process, he was honest and forthcoming. That's all I needed to seal the deal, along with a fair price. Terry was the finance guy and he too listened to me and didn't waste my time. I didn't step foot in the door until my car arrived and it was exactly what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. I was out within the hour. I will definitely buy from Executive again. That was August 2010 and I've just had my first oil change, July 2011, which is free for life. They didn't treat me like a freebie either. I was treated like a valued customer even though the service I needed didn't pay them anything. I like that. I have since switched my husband's car's service to Executive and they have taken good care of him too. He's planning to buy his next vehicle here too.
