Was assisting friend in buying a new Accord. After shopping several places, the best deal, including trade in, was here with very straight forward numbers. When closing, they managed to find a loan that beat what we already thought was a fantastic rate from a credit union. Unfortunately, when she signed the paperwork, there was a misunderstanding (long story involving 2 and 3 year olds and a sports car) and she had bought some extended care products. I saw this in the paperwork that evening. Went back the next morning to talk to the finance manager. Explained the issue. He immediately agreed to drop these charges and plans. Within 15 minutes he printed out new purchase papers and all was corrected. Now that is what good customer service and being trustworthy is all about!
