I have bought over 9 vehicles in the lat 12 years and I always go to Scranton Motors first. The Sales and Service department are the best I have ever worked with. From the moment I started working with Jim Sydoriak in Sales I felt respected and valued, as well as the fact that he was really there to meet my needs. I had worked with many other sales reps at 4 or 5 other dealerships in the area and Jim was by far the best. His knowledge, customer service and approach were commendable. I would highly recommend asking for him any time you go to purchase a vehicle. He went over and above to make sure my husband and I were completely satisfied and then some but he did not try any high pressure tactics. He was a 'straight shooter' the entire time, which is something that I have come to respect in the car buying experience. I have been a loyal Scranton Customer for almost 8 years and I cant be happier.
