I went to this car dealer for a used truck and because of VINNY who explains all the new features of the 2018 trucks and their warranty , i was sure to buy a new truck instead of a used.

We had a wonderful and easy experience with returning our CX9 lease and leasing a new 2018 CX9 with John "Fish". After our test drive he sent us an awesome video explaining all the wonderful new and upgraded features on the car. Fish also provided a thorough run down of the car's new features on our pick up day.

After visiting other local Dodge dealers, Modern had by far the best pricing and dollar amount for our trade. We had a very pleasant experience from the first email and phone call that was made. When we arrived to the showroom we were promptly greeted by Vinny who could not have been any nicer and more informative. We are beyond excited with our new Durango RT and thank Vinny for his knowledge of the vehicle and insight on the car buying process. We plan to buy our daughter a vehicle very soon and plan to work with Vinny again. Thank you Modern and staff for an all around great experience!

I am Very pleased with this dealership from start to finish, Vincent is very knowledgable and he helped me select my new 2017 RAM truck. Vinny gave me the best price in CT on this truck with trade. Kirk in finance was very professional, fast and efficient during the paperwork process. The whole crew is so friendly and accommodating, it's no wonder I have been a customer for over 20 years! Ali, the sales rep was very helpful. However, I never really got an answer to my question regarding their ability to "build" me a Promaster City the way I wanted it. The final price was a bit more than we originally agreed upon.

I will never go anywhere else!!! This will be my second mazda I have purchased from here in the last 5 years and my girlfriend also owns a Mazda CX-5 from here as well. We have worked with the same salesperson every time. His name is ALi and he has been a great help every time. My original car that I traded in was a 2012 mazda 6. I had been trying to pay it down but had a small accident that effected the value greatly and made HUGE negative equity on the car. That would not be able to get caught up on. Even making larger payments monthly. Ali remembered this as we have talked about it before. He contacted me almost a week ago and told me of the great trade in deals they were doing. HE REMEMBERED!!! To make a long story short I now own a 2017 Mazda 3 with no negative equity. I have always had a great experience there and will continue to my business and refer friends and family and to him. The one remembered me.

We were looking at Toyota Vans first, but realized they didn't have certain features we were looking for, so we went back to Modern Dodge, where we had bought a used Grand Caravan 10 years ago. Low and behold, they had another used van with all our features. They took our old one as a trade and gave us a great deal on the "new" one. They even swapped the tires and the battery, which were less than one year old, for no extra charge! The formalities were a breeze, and the next day we had our new ride at home.Ali was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous through the entire process and went out of his way to help with our requests. Maybe we will be back for our next Caravan in less than ten years this time?
