I did my research on-line; Eric listened to what I had to say, and worked with me to put a deal together, even though I told him there was a very good chance that I might have to wait a month or two. Other reps at other dealerships were not so polished and went into "old school" sales mode, telling me how many years they had been "doing this", talking over me (cutting me off) and going off on windy tangents. I do ask a lot of questions (emails and phone calls) and I like taking test drives; Eric stayed with me there. Riverbank was able to give me 0% financing for 66 months instead of the usual 60, which no other local dealership could do. I haven't had the chance to try service out, but I am optimistic; Eric did introduce me to the folks behind the counter. So far, so good.
