The Mazda Nightmare!!!

One of the biggest mistakes I made was walking into Mazda of Milford to buy a car!!! By far the worse sales department, customer service & service department ever!!! And The Mazda Corporate Office is a joke!!! They couldn't even get an oil change right without screwing it up. I got my car back and it looked like someone threw a milk shake all down the side of my car. They only had the car for 15 minutes and screwed it up! Then it took them four days to replace the passenger seat in my car. Not a new seat either, they took one out of a car on the lot. Knowing Mazda someone else probably got my old seat. Plus they scratched the hell out of the glove box, never put the plastic caps back in behind the seat & on top of it all they installed the seat wrong. I could have trained my dog to do it faster & better! Now I am dealing with my second defective convertible tops on my Mazda MX5 and it has less than 27,000 miles on it. The first top ripped on both sides, they were the ones that said the top was defective so after fighting tooth and nail they finally replaced it. But I had to pick up the top myself, they put this big box in the front seat of my convertible and I had to bring it to the upholstery place myself, because they said they had no way to get it to their upholstery dealer. Don’t you usually drop your car off at the dealer when something needs to be fixed and they take care of it? Not at Mazda of Milford. Now three years later and not even 15,000 miles and I need another new top, it ripped on both sides again in the same exact spot as the first top. But now Mazda doesn’t want to know anything. I went to two different upholster, one was even the one Mazda sent me to replace the first top, both said the top was defective. They were shocked that Mazda of Milford and/or The Mazda Corporate Office would not stand behind their convertible top and refused to replace it knowing it was defective. I mean really they make motor oil that last longer than the Mazda convertible tops. I could just see it now, okay change the oil, tops off the fluids & give me a new convertible top while you’re at it! Now I ordered a new top but not from Mazda and it comes with a six year warranty. And Mazda the people who make this car, well their top comes with only a one year warranty and more than double the price. Hmmm, I wonder why? These are just a few of the problems I have had with Mazda of Milford the list goes on & on. As for Mazda of Milford & The Mazda Corporate Office [non-permissible content removed], sorry but there is no nice way to put it! Unless you enjoy [non-permissible content removed], I suggest you don’t buy a car from Mazda of Milford or a Mazda at all! I'm really amazed at The Mazda Corporate Office that they allow this kind of incompetence, I expected more from the Mazda name! So I suggest buy American!!!
